At The Greenwoode Village, we bring education to life through living history, thanks to our live demonstrations and reenactments. At our village, you’ll experience valuable hands-on experiences that are perfect for you, your family, or team building and corporate bonding events and workshops.

We utilize historically accurate hand tools to craft a variety of high-quality wares, and best of all, we offer workshops that will allow you to learn firsthand from experienced artisans and craftspeople.

From young children through to retirees and even families, there’s something for everyone at The Greenwoode Village. You’re never too young or old to benefit from building a sense of community.

Some of the activities we offer include traditional archery. You could learn the correct way to hold and shoot a bow and even how to make your own bow and arrows utilizing traditional techniques and tools.

Along with archery, our talented team of craftspeople and artisans also offer textile and pottery workshops. There’s something magical and special about getting your hands on soft, wet clay and then molding it into something special and unique. Something that you can take home, have, and hold for the rest of your life.
